•  Attend monthly meetings with all Block Captains​

• Establish the ongoing framework for Neighbors of Cherry (officials? Bylaws? etc.)​

• Promote and organize community activities within their “block’ to encourage unity and fellowship among all Cherry residents​

• ​Provide their block with accurate, transparent and timely communication

• Be a point of contact for residents to escalate “block” issues to ensure they are reviewed with the appropriate parties for resolution
